About me

Sacha Levy, professional skipper from Lanzarote

Sacha Levy on board
Sacha Levy · Lanzarote · La Graciosa · Canary Islands

I was born and raised in Lanzarote, on the water. I started sailing at 10 and as a young man I was already working in charter and sailing schools. Then came inter-island deliveries, passages to the mainland and the Balearics, and the first Atlantic crossing.

For more than two decades I have been the permanent captain of four large private sailing yachts of up to 35 metres, sailing with their families across the Atlantic, the Mediterranean, the Caribbean and the Pacific. That means knowing how to run a crew and, above all, how to maintain and repair everything on board, far from any port.

Now I am back on the island and I put that experience at the service of the sailors who call here.
